Join us to discuss strategies for obtaining support from colleagues and administration, organizing and tackling large program changes, and developing a vision for continued program growth. We'll talk about how UTPB faculty were able to accomplish this goal with only two full-time faculty members, and we will answer questions from those who are thinking about doing the same in their program.
